Our Project Process ensures successful completion from initiation to delivery through structured phases. We define objectives and scope, meticulously plan, execute with efficiency, and continuously monitor performance. Finally, we close the project with thorough reviews and documentation, aiming for the highest quality and client satisfaction.

PlanGrid Project Platform
Your project management team will leverage PlanGrid to manage the furniture installation, document and resolve punchlist.
This collaborative tool allows Henricksen to communicate with other project stakeholders (Kahler Slater) as well as within the project team. A unified platform provides transparency and easy access to open issues, status, and reporting.

Henricksen project managers are skilled coordinators, facilitators, and problem solvers. They identify issues before they become obstacles and assume responsibility for all aspects in which Henricksen is involved to ensure that projects are completed to your satisfaction, on time and budget.
A phased project management process provides you with professional management at every project stage, from pre-bid documentation through installation and post-occupancy evaluation. You can access some or all project management services on a project-by-project basis, as needed. A dedicated project manager follows a project from beginning to end to ensure continuity and accountability.

Live Design Capabilities
Henricksen designers leverage Configura CET to collaborate with clients and design firms to develop solutions in real time.
From these “live design” working sessions, our designers are able to finalize layouts, populate a complete floorplan, produce drawings and renderings, and generate a complete bill of materials ready to quote.
